ACCEPTANCE
Your use of our product(s) or the purchase of our product(s) indicates your acceptance of these warranty terms and conditions. NM Turbo Co., LLC makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** By purchasing this modification you agree to uphold your end of the purchase agreement.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us in its current condition (cleaning, modifying or attempting to fix it will void the warranty). **Before returning call Nick Knight (505-288-9730) for troubleshooting suggestions or instructions on how to proceed. **
DECLINED
If the turbocharger is damaged due to foreign objects, improper installation, accidents, oil related problems, modifications and disassembly done by anyone other than NM Turbo Co., LLC. If there are signs of improper installation, we will require the proof of purchase of the necessary (required) replacement parts. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidentals, repairs or alterations outside our facility or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. NM Turbo Co, LLC will not reimburse labor cost or any additional fees for installation. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind.
RETURN POLICY
All turbochargers come with a 12 month repair warranty. There are no refunds on any installed parts, regardless of fault or reason. **Shipping charges are not refunded ** **NO CASH REFUNDS!!** No Change of heart refunds! Whether you have an item to return or a problem with your turbocharger, please call before sending it in, so we can direct you in how to proceed. Do not ship anything back before checking with us first, and making sure you qualify for the Warranty coverage. When shipping an item back to us please, pack properly. If a shipment is damaged due to improper packaging a credit cannot be issued. **If you provide a core, your results will be directly related to the quality of the core you supply. DO NOT send completely failed and broken cores and expect a miracle! We can only work with what you provide!**
